The 2019 NAWIC Excellence Awards is an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge some of our top women working in the Building and Construction industry in New Zealand.

Join NAWIC and BCITO for a thrilling evening to congratulate the finalists and reveal this years' exceptional winners.

The annual awards will take place at the Royal Yacht Squadron on Westhaven Marina at 6.30pm on Friday 27 September and formalities will commence at 7.30pm.

The ticket price includes a welcome drink on arrival and delicious canapes while you mingle with a fantastic mix of people from the construction sector. A cash bar will also be operating.

Dress code for the evening is semi-formal attire (Cocktail Dress/Suit - no jeans please).

To ensure everyone else does too, we all need to be aware of Auckland’s current struggles with measles - and we suggest you check your immunisation status in time. The Ministry of Health suggests you do this at least two weeks before visiting Auckland.

If you’re under 50 years old, with some exceptions your best protection seems to be to get the free MMR vaccinations from your GP. Two doses of the vaccine is reportedly 99% effective in preventing measles.

If you’re over 50, you’re probably safe because you’ll have already been exposed to measles.
